ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Built by a nurse who's worked both sides of the claims table

SkipperWin exists because its founder has spent 15 years watching good clinical care get denied for reasons that had nothing to do with the quality of care - and everything to do with how the case was written.

THE FOUNDERS

Keshara, RN, BSN, CPC

Keshara is a registered nurse with 15 years of experience in telehealth and utilization review — the exact role on the payer side that decides whether a claim gets approved or denied. She's also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), which means she understands not just the clinical argument a case needs, but the billing and coding details that can sink an otherwise valid claim before it's even reviewed.

She built SkipperWin after seeing the same pattern over and over: small practices losing real revenue not because their care wasn't medically necessary, but because no one had time to write the case the way a reviewer needed to see it. SkipperWin is the tool she wished existed — one that turns real clinical judgment into a guided process anyone on a practice's team can use, whether the fix is a full medical necessity argument or a five-minute billing correction.

Family Built

SkipperWin is a small, founder-led company - Keshara leads clinical strategy, and her daughter leads tech. It's a small team that builds from the heart and understands exactly who it's building for: small practices doing more with less.

SkipperWin — better appeal letters, less lost revenue.
